What is The EVE Group?

The EVE Group creates an educational ecosystem that expands access, cultivates leadership, and intentionally positions Black women educators to lead with agency and impact, while supporting students and families through pathways that foster growth, opportunity, and belonging.
Welcome to The Workroom
Unapologetic Conversations with Black Women in Education
Update: The January Workroom session has been cancelled as we recalibrate for upcoming offerings.
A Spring Break mini-con and an end-of-year in-person gathering are coming soon!
Thank you for your continued support.
The Workroom is a signature initiative of The EVE Group designed to convene Black women educators for reflection, leadership development, and collective learning.
