About The EVE Group
An educational ecosystem expanding access, leadership, and opportunity
Our Purpose
The EVE Group is committed to expanding access and opportunity by creating spaces where Black women educators are supported, positioned, and empowered to lead without barriers, while students and families gain the resources and pathways needed to thrive.
Our Mission
The EVE Group creates an educational ecosystem that expands access, cultivates leadership, and intentionally positions Black women educators to lead with agency and impact, while supporting students and families through pathways that foster growth, opportunity, and belonging.
Our Vision
We envision educational spaces where culturally responsive learning is the norm, not the exception—because research and lived experience consistently demonstrate that when educators are supported, culturally grounded, and sustained, students and communities thrive. In this future, Black women educators lead without constraint, schools are shaped by inclusive and affirming practices, and students and families move through education with access, clarity, and opportunity.
Our Approach
The EVE Group operates as an educational hub grounded in educator leadership, student access, and family advocacy. Through interconnected initiatives, we create spaces that expand access, cultivate leadership, and support sustainable, culturally responsive learning across the educational journey.
